actually, in the database server (user_db), are writed in clearly mode and all
sysops of server can see passwords of all users in database. Many users could
not be agreement.

Can do. But you will loose the possibility to edit the database records
manually.
Maybe the best strategy is to limit database editing to DELETE and ADD records.

The code for this is ready is version 0.5 of the server. Because there is no
fldigi version with the new Posix System V message queu that works for the
server
(AFC problems in 1.37S) this is waiting for deployment.
Sop DCD has been introduced in the client but not yet in the server.

OK, all GUI labels are in PSkmail.glade. We need a script to edit that
automatically.
Need a volunteer to do that, to keep the stuff maintainable.

I don't understand this point...
You can send '~READ 1 <Enter>'
or '1' and click the READ button now...

That is a good idea.
I have done something similar in Xtlf, should be easy.

Why? Could be in a separate window (see above).

That can be done, but needs check on free memory. The pskmail_puppy version is
very
limited on memory footprint to make it useable on machines with 192 MB RAM.
Also the windows version is tight on memory, and the default browser (Sea
Monkey) is
quite heavy.

At the moment you can edit '~/mail/.servers'

Some more points from my side:
* include clock in the GUI
* automatic switch back to MAIL/APRS mode after chat qso
* switch off APRS beacon during chat
* server function to QSY to a certain channel on request, with automatic return
to schedule
