[pskmail] Server statistics

I am working on improving statistics gathering on the server, the last figure in
the line shows signal quality on PI4TUE:

It will be easy to import these CSV records into a spread sheet to generate all sorts of statistics....
The data will also be used as a basis for DTN autorouting on HF...
