[pskmail] Server Live CD comments

Hi, on Thursday night Darrel Smith brought out a livecd for pskmail
server to our club and I have a couple things to comment on
lsof and ntpdate were missing and would be useful
beacon.pl wasn't executable (u+x)
had nice /dev/dsp problem as usual due to artsd
I think setting up the CD to scan around for a USB flash drive with a
pskmail.sh script (kinda like knoppix and thier knoppix.sh) maybe run
after /home/guest is created in ram would let people have a persistant
home directory or whatever is desired.
