I am attempting to install the PSKMail Server on my Ubuntu Edgy system. I have previously installed the client. Since I am new to Ubuntu it wasn't easy but I did get it done. All goes well until I get to the step "cpan NET::SSLeay". The following is the last portion of the output from that step: CPAN.pm: Going to build F/FL/FLORA/Net_SSLeay.pm-1.30.tar.gz Checking for OpenSSL-0.9.6j or 0.9.7b or newer... I could not find your OpenSSL in `INSTALLDIRS=site' Please provide OpenSSL-0.9.6j or OpenSSL-0.9.7b installation directory (get from http://www.openssl.org/ if you don't have it; please note that SSLeay is no longer supported, see README) (C-c to abort): I have tried setting an environment variable INSTALLDIRS with a pointer to the OpenSSL install directory but nothing changed. I then set INSTALLDIRS as an environment variable pointing to the OpenSSL binary, again with no success. Any help with this would be much appreciated. Jim Campbell W4BQP
