[pskmail] Server 1.3.0

Today I tried to restart my server project.
2 Issues for the moment:
1. Transceiver goes into transmit mode, i.e. for QSL or beacon, and stays there.
2. There is a variable $rigptttune (useful in my setup), which is not in
pskmailrc.pl?
Transceiver is an ICOM IC-7200 with Icom compatible autotuner and more
ore less ;-) multiband antenna.
Rig control in fldigi is set to "Use XML-RPC program".
Any hints where to look at?
