[pskmail] Server 0.5 now beta testing on PI4TUE

For the regular users of PI4TUE,
I now have fldigi-1.38-06 running on PI4TUE with server version 0.5. The AFC
problem seems to be almost solved, so I plan to let in run for the next 2 weeks
while I am away on a European trip. Version 0.5 contains a complete rewrite of
the interface to fldigi based on the POSIX SYSV message queues.
I fixed the bug which let the server send a poll during the end of a long
frame, so the collision rate should be a lot less now. On my (clean) link the
test file now comes down without any repeats with block length 64. That is with
running 5 Watts from the ORION.
If you find any anomalies please let me know, so we can fix it before the
release...
