[pskmail] Returning the server to default mode

it seems like it is not clear to some sysops how to make the server return
to the default mode after a connected session.

The pskmail server uses the scanning mechanism for setting (and resetting) the
mode.
For this it is NOT necessary to use frequency control, it also works for those
servers
that do not change frequency, or have no rig control.

To enable the scanner, do the following:

In ~/pskmail/pskmailrc.pl set:
$scanner='S';
the server will now use the ~/.pskmail/qrg/freqs.txt file to set the default
mode
every minute when the server is idle (APRS, not connected).

The freqs.txt file has the frequencies on the first line,
and the modes on the second line, e.g.:

10146000,10146000,10146000,10146000,18104000,
PSK500R,PSK500R,PSK500R,PSK500R,PSK500R,

The server reads this file on restart, and also every hour.

Your listening mode will now reset to default every minute.

If you make $scanner='F'; the server uses hamlib to set the frequency AND the
mode.
