[pskmail] Release jPSKmail-0.5.2 client

Installers for jPSKmail-0.5.2, for windoze, Linux and OS-x are now available on
http://hermes.esrac.ele.tue.nl/pskmail and on
http://sharon.esrac.ele.tue.nl/pub/linux/ham/pskmail
Changes and additions:
* A new mail reader from SM0RWO, displays headers, Inbox and Outbox,
you can choose the file to view by double clicking in the list(s).
* DCD function for unproto beacons and messages. The client will now wait
until the channel is free before sending unproto frames. DCD is switched off
for connected sessions, to keep the throughput speed at the maximum value...
You can set the sensitivity of the DCD by choosing the DCD delay in seconds...
DCD is implemented in software, and is triggered when garbage is received
caused by qrm or static.
We are also testing DCD on the servers on 10147 in EU (SM0RWO. IS0GRB-3 and
PI4TUE).
These servers run experimental version 1.0.7a which is available at the alpha
download site.
The DCD function should reduce collisions on the channel by some 80%, so far
the tests
are quite successful.
