[pskmail] Quick start guide

Welcome Tommi, OH7JJT...
I was lucky to witness a 'first use' of the system, and I learned that
we need to include a 'quick start guide' on the live CD and on the Wiki.
Points to consider:
* Set options first (callsign etc.)
* Set pskmailrc.pl
* Set the data base record
* Empty the pop mailbox before logging on the first time.
The last point is because Pskmail parses the complete pop queue at
login, and that takes lots of time... It does that to estimate the real
length of a message (minus headers etc), so you get an idea of download
time. I will set a timer on that...
You would not want to download the complete header list for 250 mails
(of 29kB) via pskmail anyway, it would take about 2 hours...
Anyway, this was excellent beta testing :)
