Bernard, Andy, Thank you both for testing and then suggesting solutions. I made the necessary adjustments to the Fldigi program. I had the receive RSID on, but not the transmit, the transmit RSID is on now as well. I did not have the proper settings in the modems > pskmail tab, those too have been set correctly now. As far as the latency goes, I had the waterfall on pause to conserve resources and I had noticed that after receiving a transmission from Bernard yesterday that it took quite a while for the print to appear on the pskmail screen. I have set the waterfall back to "normal." I will remain on 40 meters this morning until I see that the band has gone out. Then I will QSY to 30 meters, and when I do I will make the adjustment on the wiki server page to show that I have moved. Once again, thank you both for your help, I want this station to work properly and to be useful to the pskmail community.
