paq8l moved to /usr/bin. Workaround:
copy paq8l to /usr/bin
This move was necessary because of the .deb of paq8l is installed in /usr/bin
and it
uses the new Debian version in the pskmail .deb.
pskmail-0.9.2 should install paq8l in the right spot....
