[pskmail] Psk mail unable to connect.

Hi
I set up pskmail on my mint linux laptop.
PSKmail is sent the ping command I am not getting any indication of a ping back.
Any assistance will be helpful. We are going on Vacation in a few days and it
would be nice to have
this work before then.
If some one can help over the phone I will call I have unlimited phone service.
