[pskmail] Problem with client installation - Win XP Professional

HI again,
Trying to play with server - client again. My friend in Florida is trying to
install PSMmail into his machine running Win XP Professional. He can rich the
stage of building uninstall and got " error in action" Twapi parameter is
incorrect.
Hmm, any ideas??
He tried also older versions but no luck so far.
