[pskmail] Re: Problem on file attach

First results:
Franco's attachment received via SM0RWO (ISS_Track.zip) was indeed empty
at reception (3B), so not properly decoded by the client.
Roger's attachment was delivered in the email body, not as separate attachment.
I will find out why.... probably 2 cases I had not envisioned.
This shows we need more testing, testing, testing :)
