[pskmail] Password question

Hi, that seems to be an issue for some client and I do not know how to help
them,
W3BG is connecting to my server, he was trying to set up account with gmail,
did not worked, so I open an account on my server, I told him how to set it up.
After he connected, he updated his data . Now when he connects I can see that
he receive info about 4 mails waiting for him, when he does QTC he gets message
:
~QTC 0+
::sorry, wrong password
Hmm, how to fix this??
