Our minutes count 0 - 4, so minute 2 would e.g. be 13:02, 14:02 etc.
OK. But as you start scanning on 10147 in the "min.1" slot, I assumed
the beacon would be transmitted at 13:01, not 13:02. Hence 0,1,4.
The server beacons are normally only sent during the first 5 minutes of
the hour,
to keep a small footprint on the bands.
