[pskmail] No Connection

I have upgraded the server and my client to v1.4.0(the client shows 1.3.4) and
now I cannot connect to the server. Everything else works fine; Beacon, Link,
Ping, etc. I went back to v1.0 which is the only one I see on the hermes site
and all is okay.
here is what the client sends to the server on 1.4(1.3.4)

What is happening with the new version?
