[pskmail] New version of pskmail server.

Hi,
main changes to the new server (PSKmail_server-0.2.3) are:
* New SSL module now allows to use Gmail as a POP provider
Use userid myuser, not myuser@xxxxxxxxx The server takes care of the
right format!!
* New command ~GETBIN file lets you download binary files from the
server. The files must be in the ./pskdownload directory on the server,
and you can list them with ~LISTFILES.
It is up to the server sysop to fill this directory with interesting
stuff :). At PI4TUE you can download a grib file atlantic.grb, showing
the wind situation in most of the atlantic. The file is refreshed daily.
The grib files can be viewed with the viewfax.exe program which is part
of the airmail program. Viewfax.exe runs out of the box via Wine (at
least it does so on UBUNTU dapper...).
The binaries are first gzipped ad then coded in base64. In the client
the reverse process takes place, and the file is delivered to
~/mail/downloads.
Please use this feature with care, long downloads block the server for
other users...
