Hi Jason and welcome,

I guess you must have succeeded in downloading that cd as I have no
active downloads at the moment. I also use pskmail when I am mobile and
also when sailing or in a cabin on the Aland islands. It works great and
I always use an Yaesu FT-817 so just QRP as well.

Great info on fldigi, I just wonder why I have not seen it before.
I got a message from the author (Dave, W1HKJ) saying that the IPC
mechanism is already in place so I will test that asap.
If I get it working, which I don't see why I should not, then I will
look to include it on the live distros.

Hmmm, I havent touched Red Hat 7 in a lot of years. I did install oracle
database servers on Red hat 7, that must have been somewhere near 2000
or even before that. I cant say if its possible. Well, anything is
possible but within reasonable amounts of effort is another matter.
I really dont know.

>..or is there a way to access the server manually to send messages to
the server from a remote station to send email.

I don't quite follow you there. Can you rephrase that ?
I'm just home from the pub here, a friend at work just became a
grandfather so we had a few beers... So, I'm probably not as quick as I
should be at the moment...

Thank you for coming along and testing the software, the more the
merrier is absolutely true!
