Well, if you mean only the pskmail client then that is well summarized
on this page here: http://pskmail.wikispaces.com/Client
Scroll down to the part "The complete procedure for UBUNTU-5.10" and
you'll find a list of things to install and do.

If you mean the live distro then that has been an evolutionary process
where I have received various suggestions from the group here. I would
suggest that you try it and see if there's anything you like in there.
Anything on it should easily be installed on ubuntu, meaning that the
ubuntu mirrors (synaptic) should contain everything you need.
