I will check my server today and see if there is a problem on this end. The server could be cutting off the TX data too soon so the client can not receive it properly.

Some have had a problem where fldigi stops the transmitter too soon, so there is no local monitor and can not be any. We would have to receive what fldigi transmits for that. The easiest way to indicate this issue is just to listen to the frames, if they sound cut (when compared to others) then they probably are.
