[pskmail] Need to increase Windows memory space: How?

Loaded QEMU Windows version. FLDIGI and FLARQ load and run fine, but whenever
PSKMail attempts to load, get out of memory error. Right after QEMU loads,
flashing red memory (lower right corner box) shows 2.8M. No matter if using a
portable computer with 512mb of RAM or Desktop with 2GB of RAM, always initial
value of 2.8M.
How do I expand the RAM-disk size to some larger value?
