Well, it works. I can get scanning despite the error messages indicated below . When I choose hamlib/TS2000 on fldigi , Fldigi loses frequency read-out BUT the server begins to scan as per the freqs.txt file., scan works as advertised. So I am not sure why fldigi loses frequency readout but I suspect the TS2000 xml file needs some work.
