[pskmail] Jpskmail and FEC1

Testing latest jpskmail client with Intermar bullettin on 7.048 Mhz
Now bullettin is correctly received and saved
After bullettin I receive a transmission of a FSXX21 file.
Jpskmail say this RX as a FEC1 type. No file was saved.
What kind of transmission is this?
A suggestion for email. Is possible to define a Template folder with
templates for repetitive email messages, as in standard Email client
(Thunderbird, Evolution, ecc.)?
