[pskmail] Improved Antenna [I hope]

I have finally gotten the time to get a dipole antenna up about 30 feet
here on 10.147 +1K I hope it improves the coverage of the server here.
I will upgrade to the latest version of server when I get another
chance. Any reports would be appreciated.
