[pskmail] Help me to understand this ...

Hi
within last few days I had few stations connecting to my server. I see a lot of
mode switch and long empty communications. Below is a copy from my log. Tell me
please what is going on. Few things I think I understand :
I: ParseMode: ARQ new modem set to PSK250
I: apply: RSID: PSK250R @ 991 Hz

request from Client that is not set up for US modes?? Request for mode 7 which
is PSK500 - Am I correct?
Final connect status: Asymmetric link:1 , tx mode: PSK250R , rx mode: MFSK32
Why receive is on MFSK32? Is that base on S/N ratio?

Listening to the radio
At the same time on Fldigi display I see unreadable text transmitted from
N2TIF. I think we have a situation that Server - Client try to talk to each
other in different mode. Is that the case??
