Robert,
The File not found messgae is generated on the server when a client tries to
download a file which is not there.
This has nothing to do with the email system.
If the client has problems sending mail, you need to look in the server log.
Normally, if the server can send 1 mail once, it can send all mail
everytime, as the smtp process is not client specific, provided the return
address is in the data base.
Sometimes i helps if the client reconnects after a record update.
