Should be @192120z5028.05N/00592.32E

This time you forgot the leading zeros in the longitude.

Again the format for SERVER positions:

Latitude:      ddmm.mmN
Longitude: dddmm.mmE

The APRS network is quite picky about the format, and will not
relay faulty packets.
