Dan,

the server log shows a flawless connect, including succesfull authorization...
But you did not send any commands... so the server was just sitting idle 
and disconnected when nothing happened.
It did not find any mail, so I doubt the mail record is o.k.
You can check the record on the server with ~/.pskmail/rflinkusers/user*

To send a mail record, fill in the data in prefs->edit->email and 
do an update server from the client while connected.
