Hi Byron,
two things come to my mind...
* Is the perl DBM library installed? It handles the "DB-file" routine
necessary to write the .arq_memrevceive.db file. If I remember correctly
it is part of the DBI database interface module.
* what are the permissions of the .arq_memreceive.db file (if it
exists); it must be writable by user. (do an 'ls -al' in the ~/mail
dir).
