[pskmail] Bug in version 0.3.0

While fixing the TTY mode I found a nasty bug in the protocol engine.
I will issue a new pskmail version next weekend which will fix this (users of
PI4TUE can already try it,
it is really lightning fast now... :)
For those who are REALLY eager I have uploaded a new arq.pm to
http://sharon.esrac.ele.tue.nl/psk/snapshot.
Both server and client will need the new arq.pm...
