Hi Eddie,

Looking at pictures on the web it seems that it has like most of those a
cover on the side  opposite to the ear piece, which is logical for
mechanical strength purposes.

I have attached pictures of my hacked Bluetooth headset if that can help as
it has a cover much like the Samsung one. You will see the tools marks at
the intersection of the cover and the body.

Mine has a couple of internal clips which hold the cover to the rest and
therefore the body had to be pushed slightly outwards to free the clips.
Unfortunately finding these points is a bit of a hit and miss, hence the
marks as you see on the pictures.
