Yes, it is. The grouplayout was added to jdk6 so a new java is required.
I have begun going through all the forms to change layoutmanager, right
now I'm in the aprs tab. I can make it run without that layoutmanager
but I'm not sure abt future stuff (grouplayout is very handy).
