[pskmail] Almost ready for first PSKMAIL

I have the software successfully installed and will be anxious to try and send
a test message to a server on Jan 21. I am assuming 14077 will be the best
freq to try. Am I likely to hear a bacon from a server or should I try to
connect to one in the list ? I'm going to try around 1300 UTC
