[prssr-devel-ml] Re: Uninstal Problem

This seems to be related to the OS install/uninstall procedure. 
Everything in Windows/AppMgr/ is handled by WM installer.

I have no idea how to release the file held by the installer. I would 
recommend soft-reset (that usually helps), and try to install it again. 
But you are telling, that it did not help you, which is weird.
