FYI, I found this useful:
http://www.opmlmanager.com
The exported output (URL like:
http://opmlmanager.com/export/[username].opml) works fine in prssr.
Unfortunately the interface itself is AJAX-heavy and doesn't work in
PIE. Maybe it works in Opera, I haven't tried.
