Lets clarify this point
The pRSSreader:
1. doesn't cache some files (pics and etc.) inside some feeds
2. doesn't cache some feeds at all
3. doesn't cache all feeds at all
which issue you are observe?
I can see that only a few pictures in feeds are not cached but
generally whole content of all feeds are cached indeed.
