[prssr-devel-ml] 1.4.0.6 language change??

Hi

Almost all my feeds are from spanish newspapers websites. When I open the c=
ached feeds with IE using 1.4.0.6, the letters with accents appear as stran=
ge characters (for example instead of "=FAltimo", I get "=C2=BAltimo").
The strange thing is that I only get the funny characters when I open the a=
rticle with IW, the part of the text that appears in pRSSreader just befote=
 tapping on "Link to the article" is fine. I didn't have this issue with 1.=
3.4.

Is there an easy way to fix this? Almost half of all spanish words have acc=
ents!!!
