You don't have to hexedit anything, just add the following Multi Line
String "Additional HTTP Headers" = "x-wap-profile:
http://config.uaprof/xda.xml"; into the registry under:

HKEY_Current_User\Software\DaProfik\pRSSreader\

It should work then...
