[projectaon] weird google chrome bug on homepage

Hi PA people,
I just noticed that if you go to www.projectaon.org (the language selection
page) while using Google Chrome as your browser, and you click on 'English', it
takes you to the Spanish-language version of the site. I've checked and checked
again.
Oddly, it doesn't do this if you're using Internet Explorer (I haven't checked
other browsers). It just takes you to the English site as it's supposed to.
Does this happen with anybody else, or is this something weird in my computer
rather than the site?
