Ah! I had forgotten that note from Newsletter 28!
That seems to settle it, then? Grand Weaponmastery bonus on the RNT for
a Bow is indeed only +3,
unless you've completed the Magnakai series to get a hidden loyalty bonus
of an extra +2 for being Mentora.
(I forget which magnakai rank increases Weaponmastery from +3CS to +4CS -
but it may be worth clarifying that this +4CS is only for close combat and
not for RNT rolls on Bows and thrown weapons?)
