I have decided to use PHPbb to handle the users and passwords and such because
I didn't want to code one from scratch. lwoac.sterlingdreams.net/forum is where
it's located.
I need several people to register, this is how accounts will be created for the
LWOAC as well. There are a few stickies around with some information. The forum
setup is strictly LWOAC related, with a spanish side Raul will be running.
I made the reg process as easy as I could, there is no number to enter, and you
don't need to use a good e-mail (unless you want to get mail notices). There
are a few groups publicly open, Writers & Translators. The other group, Coders,
will be filled after I get the first table version running.
I'm learning PHP, this is my first PHP program, so I don't want to share untill
it works ;)
Once it's stable all the code will be listed there, and anyone the PA staff
gives permission to work on it can be made a member. This will allow
development to continue after I get burnt out.
Once I the move is done (1.5 weeks to go) I should have the LWOAC and PHPbb
int. setup. At this point people can make a new LW....And move some items
around. Not much, but I need users to tie inventory sturctures to.
Thanks, and glory to the Kai!
Jacob Humphrey
