Each are slightly different in format at the moment, although we are working 
towards a standard format.
 
Mine is a simple spreadsheet that lists things like - to get from page X to 
page Y you need ..... - I translate this to a Comma Separated Values (CSV) file 
and that is read by my program.
 
There is a copy of the spreadsheet in my staff area I think - I'll look it up 
later.
