AFAIK Lucida Fax is still a retail font, it just happened to be included with
an old copy of MS Office (pre 2001 if I recall correctly). Distribution could
still be a problem.
Gungsuh isn't on my XP system and I couldn't find any details online, so can't
comment.
If I get time I may work my way through some reputable free font archives to
see if there's anything worth considering. Up until now though I've always
thought that
