AFAIK Lucida Fax is still a retail font, it just happened to be included with 
an old copy of MS Office (pre 2001 if I recall correctly). Distribution could 
still be a problem.

Gungsuh isn't on my XP system and I couldn't find any details online, so can't 
comment.

If I get time I may work my way through some reputable free font archives to 
see if there's anything worth considering.  Up until now though I've always 
thought that 

On an unrelated note, the PA website seems to have been running like a dog for 
me today, has it been the same for you?
