Well yeah, but does outlook know how to manage encryption without that plugin thingo from, Trend Micro, I think? -----Original Message----- From: programmingblind-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:programmingblind-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Tyler Littlefield Sent: Wednesday, September 08, 2010 8:52 AM To: programmingblind@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: Re: your new message format, Was: Re: Function Keys in Windows 7 -----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Once again, trouble. You speak without knowing. GPG is a public-private key pair. Essentially: My messages are signed from me, and people can verify that it was me. The client applies my private key to my message, which I keep buried in vaults deep deep under ground as it's supposed to be a "private" key. The cool part about this, is that when checked with my public key (The only key that works with my private), people can tell whether or not the messages is, in fact from me. I've wanted to do this since the bout of beastiality spam that Tristan Bussierre was spreading across lists, I just hadn't gotten around to it. Next on the to do list is to distribute my public key, etc. So it's not encrypted, persey, or you wouldn't be reading it at all. It is just signed so that it can be varified that it is me sending each individual message. On 9/8/2010 6:18 AM, Trouble wrote: > If your referring to the PGP message info.
