One of the good places to go for windows utilities is
versiontracker.com, the site offers many download links for utilities so
long as you can either give it a utility name for which to search or are
willing to browse the site.  It's probably not the only good site
either.  Something to be aware of when using any of these kinds of sites
is the increasing likelyhood your computer will come away from the site
with malware already installed since the writers of that garbage are
known to be targeting such sites these days.
