Hi Rick. That was a series of short tutorials I wrote for Marv. I have them and 
will send them to you as an attachment in the next post under this same 
subject. The control you are thinking about is the Asp.net TableLayoutPanel if 
I remember.

  A while back on this list someone mentioned using the panel control for 
controls placement on windows forms. I think there was even a tutorial on how
