is a virus exploiting your pop up capability of windows.
Practicaly you can do this calling
net send computername "message"
I found some time a go a site saying to disable don't know what service, but I have forgoten. 
I will try to find today the same site and letting you know.

"Hi dummy" -- that is what popped up on my computer just a few minutes ago. I fear I have contracted a noxious infection. Does anyone know of a worm or 
virus with this behavior? -- i.e., putting up a window saying "Hi dummy"?
I don't know what else it is doing.  The system seems to be running fine
otherwise.
