My programs are intended for the BrailleNote notetakers and the GW Micro Sense notetakers, which both run IE (though older versions). I use the pc since it is sometimes easier that way, but I need the programs to run on IE first. Thanks for the suggestion, though; I do some playing around with Firefox plugins and this Firebug sounds like a better way to go than the guess-and-check I have been doing. A sighted friend looked at it and, to my surprise, was able to give me a line number where the code was not working. I then remembered that IE, the main browser for which this js program is intended, has a debugger for javascript, but I have never been able to use it. Is there a way, using ie8 and jaws10, to use this tool? If so, how would I start? Thanks!
