Hi Jamal. You're spot on. The unwanted c found in the shift was in the %app/edsharp/edsharp.ini% and not in the main one. It works now. Cheers! Thanks and cheers! ----- Original Message ----- From: "Jamal Mazrui" <empower@xxxxxxxxx>

Hi Jaffer, My guess was based on the following line in the error message:Requested value 'ShCift' was not found.It appears that the word Shift contains an extra c. Did you try my suggested fixes? What happened? FYI -- the default EdSharp.ini is at C:\Program Files\EdSharp\EdSharp.ini The user-based one is at %APPDATA%\EdSharp\EdSharp.ini Jamal On Mon, 14 Jul 2008 jaffar@xxxxxxxxxxxxx wrote:Return-Path: <programmingblind-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Received: from psmtp.com (exprod6mx235.postini.com [64.18.1.135]) by smart.net (8.9.1/8.9.1) with SMTP id LAA04650 for <empower@xxxxxxxxx>; Mon, 14 Jul 2008 11:17:10 -0400 Received: from source ([206.53.239.180]) by exprod6mx235.postini.com ([64.18.5.10]) with SMTP; Mon, 14 Jul 2008 10:17:02 CDT Received: from localhost (localhost [127.0.0.1]) by turing.freelists.org (Avenir Technologies Mail Multiplex) with ESMTP id BF10D8C307E; Mon, 14 Jul 2008 11:17:02 -0400 (EDT) Received: from turing.freelists.org ([127.0.0.1]) by localhost (turing.freelists.org [127.0.0.1]) (amavisd-new, port 10024) with ESMTP id 04162-08; Mon, 14 Jul 2008 11:17:02 -0400 (EDT) Received: from turing (localhost [127.0.0.1]) by turing.freelists.org (Avenir Technologies Mail Multiplex) with ESMTP id 3B5368C3033; Mon, 14 Jul 2008 11:17:02 -0400 (EDT) Received: with ECARTIS (v1.0.0; list programmingblind); Mon, 14 Jul 2008 11:17:01 -0400 (EDT) X-Original-To: programmingblind@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Delivered-To: programmingblind@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Received: from localhost (localhost [127.0.0.1]) by turing.freelists.org (Avenir Technologies Mail Multiplex) with ESMTP id 06D468C3080for <programmingblind@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>; Mon, 14 Jul 2008 11:17:01 -0400 (EDT)Received: from turing.freelists.org ([127.0.0.1]) by localhost (turing.freelists.org [127.0.0.1]) (amavisd-new, port 10024) with ESMTP id 04154-07 for <programmingblind@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>; Mon, 14 Jul 2008 11:17:00 -0400 (EDT) Received: from outbound-mail-184.bluehost.com (outbound-mail-184.bluehost.com [67.222.38.54]) by turing.freelists.org (Avenir Technologies Mail Multiplex) with SMTP id A2E778C3033for <programmingblind@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>; Mon, 14 Jul 2008 11:16:59 -0400 (EDT)Received: (qmail 32576 invoked by uid 0); 14 Jul 2008 15:16:57 -0000 Received: from unknown (HELO host110.hostmonster.com) (74.220.207.110) by backupproxy1.bluehost.com with SMTP; 14 Jul 2008 15:16:57 -0000 DomainKey-Signature: a=rsa-sha1; q=dns; c=nofws; s=default; d=ecstatico.net; h=Received:Message-ID:From:To:References:Subject:Date:MIME-Version: Content-Type:Content-Transfer-Encoding:X-Priority:X-MSMail-Priority:X-Mail er:X-MimeOLE:X-user:DomainKey-Status; b=fuD1mYXvzdyl1KCd1b+lf3mROIFt+zeiqbtgEkrdG0LepJaBNNfqSJBvRWgjMA1rF PmQuAXUzHxZvAR4JqAzQMG9EjNct6/2NfVDm7CWe2yE++7mMiR2aY0D5DMmTTRp; Received: from cm132.kappa252.maxonline.com.sg ([58.182.252.132] helo=jaffar098c7cca) by host110.hostmonster.com with smtp (Exim 4.69) (envelope-from <jaffar@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>) id 1KIPnN-0000K2-58 for programmingblind@xxxxxxxxxxxxx; Mon, 14 Jul 2008 09:16:57 -0600 Message-ID: <E3B69C82573E4C0B899F3F85F207145D@jaffar098c7cca> From: <jaffar@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <programmingblind@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> References: <8360CBE03241420CA6EC912A05C8F76E@jaffar098c7cca> <Pine.LNX.4.58.0807140912550.23381@xxxxxxxxx> Subject: Re: unable to access edSharp after reinstallation Date: Mon, 14 Jul 2008 23:16:54 +0800 MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; format=flowed; charset="iso-8859-1"; reply-type=original Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit X-Priority: 3 X-MSMail-Priority: Normal X-Mailer: Microsoft Outlook Express 6.00.2900.5512 X-MimeOLE: Produced By Microsoft MimeOLE V6.00.2900.5512 X-user: ::::58.182.252.132:host110.hostmonster.com:::::: DomainKey-Status: no signature X-Virus-Scanned: Debian amavisd-new at localhost.localdomain X-archive-position: 7028 X-ecartis-version: Ecartis v1.0.0 Sender: programmingblind-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Errors-to: programmingblind-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx X-original-sender: jaffar@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Precedence: normal Reply-to: programmingblind@xxxxxxxxxxxxx List-help: <mailto:ecartis@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?Subject=help> List-unsubscribe: <programmingblind-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?Subject=unsubscribe> List-software: Ecartis version 1.0.0 List-Id: programmingblind <programmingblind.freelists.org> X-List-ID: programmingblind <programmingblind.freelists.org>List-subscribe: <programmingblind-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?Subject=subscribe>List-owner: <mailto:james.homme@xxxxxxxxxxxx;jeff.bishop@xxxxxxxxx> List-post: <mailto:programmingblind@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> List-archive: <//www.freelists.org/archives/programmingblind> X-list: programmingblind X-Virus-Scanned: Debian amavisd-new at localhost.localdomain X-pstn-neptune: 0/0/0.00/0 X-pstn-levels: (S:57.49365/99.90000 CV:99.0000 R:95.9108 P:95.9108 M:97.0282 C:98.6951 ) X-pstn-settings: 5 (2.0000:2.0000) s cv gt3 gt2 gt1 r p m c X-pstn-addresses: from <jaffar@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> [db-null] X-Spam-Status: No, hits=0.6 required=5.0 tests=NO_REAL_NAME version=2.20 X-Spam-Level: Hi Jamal.
